RETURN/COMPLAINT POLICY

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: 

- SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND WHAT YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE (Post@berglarsenofficial.com)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the packing note/slip when you return you item or items. The order number has to be included for us to process it. We have a 14 days return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at post@berglarsenofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost is provided by buyer. The refund of the returned item , is given when the return-package has arrived back at us.

*If the piece delivered from us is broken, please contact us for a complaint. You can make a complaint up to a year after purchasing the product. Contact is made via email.

The Right of Withdrawal Act states that consumers who exercise the right of withdrawal must pay for the return costs themselves. If you use the right of withdrawal, the customer must bear the return costs.

The shipping-fee of a return, is provided by the buyer.(PostNord/DHL/Helthjem/Posten)

If you have chosen pick up as your delivery method, please make your return within 7. days from picking up your order!

HOW TO MAKE A FAULT COMPLAINT/RECLAMATION: 

- SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR COMPLAINT WITH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE/FAULT (Post@berglarsenofficial.com)

Sending a return/complaint, has to contain the packing note/slip. If you dont have it, the order number MUST be included, for us to process the order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost for complaints is provided by us. The refund is given when the package has arrived back at us, and we have processed it. You'll get an email confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. You can NOT return sale items, swim/underwear or made-by-order/pre-order (by measure) pieces!

For å kunne bytte eller returnere et produkt må følgende krav være oppfylt:

  • Alle merkelapper må være på plass.
  • Varen(e) må være ubrukt og uten sminke, parfyme eller lukt.
  • Originalemballasjen må være intakt.
  • Alt tilbehør må være med.
  • Originalemballasjen må ikke være teipet, skrevet på eller lignende.
  • Ordrenummer MÅ være i pakken

Please be aware all garments are handmade one by one, with lots of love and care! Be aware that beautyflaws may occur. 

Made to order/pre-order pieces, are only made to and for YOU when you place your order! It is high traffic at each drop, whitch means there are many customers wanting to buy the limited quantitiy pieces, and not enough for everyone. The fabrics used are specialy ordered and made just for your order. It is not a mass production. A made to order/pre-order piece (by measure) can therefore normally not be returned. Only a damaged piece can be returned within 14 days after recieving it.

REMEMBER: MADE TO ORDER PIECES/PRE-ORDER (BY MEASURE), SWIM & SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED 

- unless an item is damaged upon arrival during transportation.
