PAYMENT

We use payment method credit card at our website, and accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Klarna. Configured by Stripe. The payment is made when your order is placed. You get a confirmation E-Mail/SMS when your order is accepted and ready for shipment/pick up. You will then recieve a tracking number.

If you regret your order, please send a message at Instagram @berglarsenofficial or an email as fast as possible before it is shipped, and we will cancel the order. Orderd that are already in manufactoring process, can not be cancelled.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

• Pre-sewn/pre-made orders: orders that are made in advance, before a drop, and ready to ship right away! Your order is accepted 1-4 days after it is placed. Due to the selling Drop once a month, the trafick is high, and therefore can take up to 4 days before it is packed and shipped. 
You can Also chose «Pick Up» in Oslo at checkout. This takes 1-2 days to be accepted and Ready to collect. 

• Made-to-order: Orders that are made after your order is placed. The fabric is sent to printing once you place your order (this takes 1-2 weeks), then we handsew your item and ship it to you (this take additional 1-4 weeks). Your order is with you within maximum 6 weeks.

Shipping within Norway, AFTER the order is accepted, normaly takes 3-5 days with Helthjem.no, and includes tracking and incurance. It costs 80,- NOK. 

Shipping to Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden & Finland) and can take 5-7 days with PostNord, and includes tracking and incurance. It costs 80,- NOK. Customs/taxes may occur.

Shipping to rest of the world costs FROM 90 NOK. You can chose to include tracking and incurance. 5-12 days delivery With Posten.no/PostNord. Customs/taxes May occur over 350 NOK!

PICK UP:

Adress and pick up point will be sent to you, once your order is placed. We are located in Oslo. You have 7 days to collect your package. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Packages that are not collected will be charged a fee. It corresponds to the costs incurred by us to send out the package. You will be charged a fee of NOK 80. The customer choosing pick up, are notified by SMS several times to mobile phone and email.
